I intend my blog to have something of value that will help or interest clients. Too many blogs are simply personal sounding boards or rants; content free communication.
One big insight recently has been if you really want to grow your business then go and hire the best quality people you possibly can. Many businesses make the mistake of recruiting similar people so the business stays the same......
obvious but a very common error.
